There is also off-line activation possible. Off-line activation means creation of send_to_support.txt file by the program that you try to activate. For each program send_to_support.txt file creation is individual. To create the file send_to_support.txt choose “I have no Internet” in activation window and press “Activate” (please, see user manual for your program for more detailed instructions). You will need this file to continue with off-line registration. Tick the check box “I have carefully read the Registration FAQ” below this FAQ, and follow the instructions to finish activation.

According to our licensing agreement, the license you've bought contains three activation keys and you can receive the other two once per three months from the moment of first activation by contacting us via our support form describing your problem and specifying your current activation code for the product you want to activate. How do I register SoundExplorer?

Why don't some tasks have the "Delete" option? I want to clean up my todo list.
If you're not the owner of the project and if the task wasn't created by you than you can't delete it. In this case you may just assign this task back to the owner of the project and ask him/her to delete it in the discussion section of the task.

How can I remove a participant?
You may remove a participant this way:

1. Choose a project.

2. Press "share" button find the person you want to remove from the project and tap "remove" button.

There is no possibility to change the e-mail. The only decision is to create a new account with new e-mail and share all projects with this e-mail. When they shared from the old account assign a new owner of all shared projects.

1. You should have the collaborators who could add new tasks for you and comments.
